Why we publish prices

Because "contact us to find out" wastes your time and ours.

Most accessibility firms hide pricing to force a sales call. We think you should know if a full audit is in your budget before you pick up the phone. Our floor prices are real — the range reflects site complexity, page count, and how much authenticated / interactive flow work is involved.

  • Every quote is fixed price — no hourly billing surprises
  • Prices include the report, remediation guidance, and one walkthrough call
  • Plan B includes a free re-test within 60 days to verify your fixes
  • Rush and same-day quotes available for pre-launch or demand-letter response
  • All work covered by NDA on request — case studies are anonymized

FAQ

Pre-sales questions, answered.

Do you fix the issues, or just report them?
We report and support fixes. Plan A and B include remediation guidance and a walkthrough call; Plan C adds hands-on sprint support, code review, and ARIA guidance for your dev team.
How do you count pages?
We count unique templates and user flows, not URLs. A blog with 500 posts on one template counts as one template — plus its listing and single-post variants.
Do you test on real assistive technology?
Yes. Every plan uses NVDA and VoiceOver with keyboard-only navigation. Plan B and C add moderated sessions with people who use AT daily.
What do I actually receive at the end?
A severity-ranked report (Critical/Major/Minor) with WCAG criterion, reproduction steps, code snippets and screenshots. Plus a draft accessibility statement and, on Plan C, a full VPAT/ACR.
Can you turn something around in a week?
Yes — expedited service is +50% on any plan and delivers in 5 business days or fewer. Same-day quotes for demand-letter response.
Do you support ADA, EAA and Section 508?
All plans cover WCAG 2.1 & 2.2 AA. Plan B covers ADA and AODA documentation. Plan C adds Section 508, EN 301 549, and VPAT/ACR authoring for enterprise procurement.
