Our accessibility statement
Last updated: August 2026
ComplyPath is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our own website.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website aims to conform with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, a single <main> per page, and a visible skip-to-content link.
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver on every release.
- Colour combinations that meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements.
- Accessibility considered in every design and development review.
Standards covered
We assess our own site — and audit our clients — against WCAG 2.1 AA, WCAG 2.2 AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the European Accessibility Act (EAA), Section 508, EN 301 549, the AODA (Ontario), and the Accessible Canada Act.
